By confirming your order you accept the following conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price for UK delivery only, for other destinations delivery charges will be quoted dependent on the delivery address. Please also see Delivery for details of applicable charges.
2. While Frank Johnson Darts will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that might occur. If an error is discovered in the price of goods before we accept your order we will notify you of the correct price and you will have to option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel yor order. If you cancel your order and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described we will refund the full amount in accordance with these terms.
3. All goods are subject to availability.
4. Frank Johnson Darts may cancel any order at any time during the ordering and payment process without giving reasons for the cancellation.
5. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by FRANK JOHNSON DARTS for any order.
6. All orders are subject to approval by the FRANK JOHNSON DARTS sales team.
7. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to fraud prevention checks.
8. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details FRANK JOHNSON DARTS cannot be liable if, through no fault these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
9. FRANK JOHNSON DARTS make no recommendations or accept any liability as to the suitability or effectiveness of any product supplied by this web site. If you require advice as to the suitability of any product sold on this web site we will be happy to supply you with contact details of the product manufacturer.
10. You are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of receiving your order. Your withdrawal must be communicated to us by e-mail within the 7 day period and the goods must be returned within a 14 day period from registering your withdrawal. You must keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition with all product packaging intact and any seals undamaged otherwise a refund will not be issued.
11. All payments online are handled by Paypal. Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before purchase. Frank Johnson Darts accepts no liability due to changes in their operating terms.

Postage

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being placed. The postage cost will be shown clearly at the bottom of each page. Delivery to the UK is approx 4-7 days. Overseas orders will take approx 7-14 days.
